Return Policy

At Raconteuse Skincare, we generally do not accept any returns, ensuring that our products remain tamper-proof and safe for you. All sales are considered final, as we are unable to reuse products once they have been shipped out, as is often the case with personal care items. We ask you to reach out for a personal product consultation or in case you need any further product details before making a purchase to ensure your satisfaction. 

Refund Policy

However, if an item reaches you damaged and/or defective, and you inform us within the first 30 days of your purchase, we may ask you to send photographic proof and/or initiate a return of your items for further investigation. Such items may be refunded as long as they reach us in their original packaging, should we request a return. In such a case, we will send you a return shipping label. To complete your refund, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to other means of payment. Gift cards are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. We reserve the right not to refund shipping charges depending on the individual case. Taxes and custom fees associated with the shipment will not be refunded. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Exchange Policy

Of course we would be very happy to exchange your items if they reach you damaged and/or defective. In this case, we will send you a shipping label to return your damaged items to us (rest assured such items will be investigated and then discarded and will not be shipped out again). Please note that you can either exchange or refund a damaged order, but are not eligible for both. If you opt for an exchange option, such an exchange will only take place once. 

To reiterate, we only replace or refund products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange or a refund, please send us an email to care@raconteuseskincare.com, including your original order receipt to speed up the process.

If you need to cancel your order for any other reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will try to assist you. Generally, we can only cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse yet.
